Licensing / Registration Compliance

All Baltimore City & Baltimore County rental properties are required to be inspected by a licensed home inspector.  We will monitor the entire process from start to finish assuring that your properties pass the inspection and meet all requirements.  We will renew licensing and registration accordingly, guaranteeing that your properties will always remain in compliance.

MDE (Maryland Department of the Environment) requires all properties to be registered every year by December 31st. We will keep this registration current and on time.

Lead-Based Paint Compliance

The Maryland Lead Risk Reduction in Housing Law requires lead paint inspections for rental units constructed prior to 1978. Each unit must be inspected by a licensed lead paint inspector in order to receive a valid lead certificate (Lead-Free, Limited Lead-Free, or Full Risk Reduction).  We are prepared to facilitate every part of the entire process to keep you in compliance with this law.
