  • Provide Residents 24/7 access to communication through their online Resident portal.
     

  • Maintain a team of dedicated experts to address Owner questions and provide investment updates.
     

  • Document communication between Management Owners, and Residents, using the following methods:

    • Email

    • Text messages

    • Phone calls

    • Resident online portal

    • USPS mail (when necessary)
